Who we are
Elevate Team Asia is a specialist leadership development and executive coaching firm focused on helping leaders across Asia grow in a sustainable way.
We were founded on a simple belief: everyone needs a coach. That's especially true for senior leaders steering their organisations through a fast-changing world. Our coaches bring deep industry and corporate experience, and both regional and local insight, so we understand the challenges our clients face in a global yet culturally diverse marketplace.
Our founder
Founder and Managing Partner
Danny Lee is the Founder and Managing Partner of Elevate Team Asia. He is an ICF-credentialed Solution-Focused Executive Coach and Team Coach and a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach who helps leaders and teams grow, communicate and collaborate.
With more than 30 years of experience, Danny has held senior roles in the private and public sectors across sales, marketing, business development, channel partnerships, customer service and client success. His career spans supply chain logistics, executive search, executive education, career development and talent management. He has built partnerships across Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, India, Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia, and has worked with large, multi-location organisations with matrix structures.
Having led large frontline teams, Danny understands the pressure leaders face in balancing people and business needs. That experience helps him challenge leaders to think differently, step beyond their comfort zones and become the best version of themselves.
With CliftonStrengths, Danny helps teams in multinational organisations discover their talents, align on shared goals and perform at a higher level together. He also advises on, designs and leads mentoring programmes that build a learning culture and transfer institutional knowledge.
Clients value his ability to connect, listen deeply and make complex ideas simple and practical, and his wit and humour make every session engaging.

Credentials
Outside work, Danny is a husband and father of four who enjoys touch rugby, cycling around Singapore and tinkering with classic cars. He serves on the Board of Bethesda Care Social Services and as a marriage mentor and zone pastor in his church.
